I am Riziki
I, who have been given wings to fly,
look upon this land and see –
That my heart belongs to them and they to me.
Eyes look up, watching me in the sky,
waving – they beckon me from high.
Come down, they call – Descend to us
– show us your wings –
Tell us about the sky and the joy flight brings.
Quickly, I dove down to tell them something
oh-so-important to know –
You have your own wings to spread wide.
Your divine worth and potential are your wings inside.
God knows you and that you desire to fly.
He'll help you unfold your wings to reach the sky.

Individual Worth
We believe that all are equal, yet all are different individuals with different hopes and dreams, thoughts, and experiences. All are a part of the body of humanity and have immense worth in God’s eyes.• We are God’s children, gifted with divine nature and purpose.• It is in knowing our true identity, discovering our purpose, and expanding our talents wherein we can increase self-esteem.• Christ always saw the individual, even when attending to vast throngs of people. His miracles would bring hope and change for many but began by looking into the eyes of one.
Gratitude
Gratitude fosters an optimistic attitude that becomes pervasive and contagious, abounding in hope. It keeps one focused and watchful for the workings of God. Gratitude is like glasses for vision enhancement. When you are wearing glasses of gratitude, you can see miracles around you and the hand of God literally everywhere.
Sustainability
Jesus Christ created everything with the idea of permanency – knowing it would go on into eternity. Creating with an eye toward sustainability exponentially increases its value to the people – blessing future generations. Sustainability involves:• Components of flexibility for changing needs.• Vision and plans for continual growth.• Attainable resources and materials.• Alliance with local and global partners to support the infrastructure, financial needs, and volunteer efforts.• Creating projects that can become self-sustainable at the local level.• Building resiliency for and during crises at the local level.• Education and mentoring.
Integrity
Nothing inspires trust like honesty. Being able to feel sincere and genuinely portray yourself as yourself grants people the freedom to do the same. Reciprocal integrity of self and actions opens hearts, builds and deepens relationships – leading to connections of trust and understanding. To value integrity is to value the wholeness and wellness of self and others. President Gordon B. Hinckley, a Prophet of God, said, "In all this world, there is no substitute for personal integrity. It includes honor. It includes performance. It includes keeping one’s word. It includes doing what is right regardless of the circumstances."
Volunteerism
Volunteers are the hands-on special touch that moves mountains and part the seas of the impossible. They guide people through to promised lands flourishing with opportunity and hope. Volunteers can help others discover their worth, explore their lives, obtain a vision, and move forward confidently. They comfort, love, and validate those they serve. Volunteers are crucial for short-term goal success and long-term goal sustainability. Volunteers are followers of Christ.
Partnership
Christ called others to assist him in his work. They were His partners in declaring truths and creating moments for miracles and change within the lives of His people. They were people Christ loved and greatly valued. • Partnerships are places where visions may be shared, ideas, time, and talents given, and energy and resources accumulated and allocated according to inspiration and need.• Partnering gives the opportunity to learn from each other, gain strength and testimony of the work engaged in, and build cherished relationships – while working together, ministering among the people, and witnessing growth and change. • Partnerships are essential for creating a place of achievement of both long- and short-term goals and for building a coalition of people fully invested in the mission and vision.
